Ken's comments on the 2005 Natural Michigan Bodybuilding Championship

I have two sons, who compete in sports and I am the head coach of my youngest one's traveling baseball team. We have had great success with this team, the Anchor Bay Angels. We have won many high profile tournaments, going to Puerto Rico, and to Cooperstown, New York. I am a huge advocate of the natural body building life style. Three weeks before this show, I was in the hospital with Viral Meningitis. I was weak and tired. I told the doctor there was no way I was not competing. The day after leaving the hospital, against the doctors orders, I was in the gym. My diet stayed consistent throughout the show, nothing fancy, just hard work. I want to thank my friends, and family for their support and patience to allow me to focus on this goal. Most of all, thank God.
